Although, the quality of the end product was good, I’m very disappointed that they started extra work (cutting off the door handle) before calling me. which ended up almost doubling the original estimate. They only called after they did and told me the new estimate and long lead time, adding weeks. I didn’t have much of a choice but to pay. And when I was told it would be ready, it was far from ready, more re-assembly and wet sand still to do. This not a cheap job at $4,000. Paid by me no insurance. I’m not sure I would recommend this shop. They good work, but it was not handled well.
