This was our first time at Crash. Everyone was very nice. When we picked up the car it made a noise when turning. We went right back any the fixed it in minutes. The mechanic changed out a little clip. It’s be good ever since. I would recommend them to my family and friends.

I was never given even a tentative date of seeing my car again. Until it was finished, then at 4:20 on a Thursday afternoon, a voicemail was left. The voicemail did not register on my phone til 9 pm. So I was stuck with another day paying for car rental. The enterprise lady was told my car would be done Friday. I was given no timeframe.
