We were updated every few days on progress of repairs. Car was taken in the repair process. CC offered to give us the car the day after Thanksgiving even though they were closed. The communication, craftsmanship, and customer service are exemplary

The receptionist was nice. Jeff Sandheinrich was the rep that I dealt with. My driver's side door got hit and had to have a new skin put on. The day after I picked up my car, I noticed that the outside mirror was sticking out of the housing, so I called and he said to come by. I ran to the store before and noticed that there was a button type thing missing from beside my gear shift and I know it was there before. When I came out of the store, I had issues putting my car into gear. I stopped by Champion and Jeff came out. He immediately started saying that the mirror was like that, when I brought it in. I know it wasn't and they worked on the door that the mirror was on. The repair guy Mitchell fixed the mirror in 10 seconds, after I had to argue with Jeff about it. Then when I showed him the missing button thing he was adamant that they didn't knock it out. It was not there when I brought it in. We argued about it for a good 10 minutes and I know that it was there and he just walked inside. I got in to leave and I couldn't get my car in gear. Mitchell tried and couldn't either. I'm positive the button got knocked out at the repair. Jeff came back when he saw that we were still there and he comes out, still insisting that the button was not there, when I brought in the car. He looks around my car and finds the button in the console, puts it in and the gear shift starts working. He also said that they didn't do anything inside the car and starts listing the things that were done, A, B,C, D and says that was all we did. I had looked at the repair list and he forgot E, F, G. He didn't list a few items of repair and just dismissed me the whole time. I'm very satisfied with the actual repair. But, Jeff is so argumentative and dismissive, who just wants to deny any responsibility for anything that needs attention after the repair. These were two items that took no time and no money to fix, but the treatment of me by Jeff was rude and uncalled for.
