I would recommend Crash Champions. Unfortunately, I do not like being told I need to leave all 10s on surveys. It completely shows that the accountability system is broken and upper management needs to look at the way they quantify results. With this being said, this comment is not a negative towards the people I have worked at Crash Champions, it is a comment towards C suite management.
