Everyone with whom I've had contact has been totally knowledgeable, understanding, kind, ready to provide information, and accepting of my (ignorant) questions. Their patience is gratifying along with their appreciation of this customer's concerns. I know from personal experience that they go "above and beyond" in patience and kindness. They work seamlessly with my insurance and with car rentals. It's good to have a shop that's part of a larger company that still retains the atmosphere and service of a neighborhood shop. Crash Champions is definitely my shop for my 14 year old car.

This is the second time I’ve had to bring my vehicle in for repairs for a hit and run and the crash champ did excellent work. My car looks like brand new and it only took a. They keep you informed the process and try and get the work done as quickly and efficiently as possible. They will always be my choice when my vehicle needs repair.

The lady at the front desk (Rebeka) was phenomenal. She answered all of my questions and kept me updated on my vehicle along the way. I am very picky about who does my repair work but I felt comfortable leaving my vehicle with your team because of the level of customer service she brought to the table and how friendly the whole staff was every time I stopped in.
