Last time when I called I spent 30+ on the line. The lady who answered always put me on hold every few minutes, then call different names (Lindsey, Megan etc) and asked all over again : how can I help you? . It was irritating. She was not even able to remember who I am and why I am calling.

We arrived at the appointed time to pick up our vehicle the appointed time was Monday, May 18 at 3 o’clock. The windshield which had been replaced on Friday still had tape on it. The tape left sticky mess on the windshield and the roof of the car. There was glue all over the side of the car next to the wind shield. The paint had run on the driver side bumper. Those items were addressed, but it took two hours while we waited. I feel strongly that the car should’ve been thoroughly inspected before we got there. Crash Champions does not replace the ceramic coating which the car has. we had the receipt showing that we had paid to have it done. Now we have to take our time and our money to have this done at the dealership. This is a two day process. Divine told us that we would be reimbursed by the insurance company.

If I could rate higher, I would. Charlie and his team absolutely made a not great fender bender situation a breeze. He was so communicative and helpful and they all went above and beyond in service and making sure my vehicle came back better than ever.
