From day one of calling the staff was amazing. I feel bad for not remembering their names but the receptionist when you walk in is very knowledgeable and kind. The woman who wrote my estimate very friendly and kind. The communication from this office was spot on. My car looks amazing and beautiful. I got a ride to my home and they picked me up as well when my car was done. Now this is customer service at its finest!!! I will go here again, hopefully I won't need to, but will definately only use Crash Champions. Thank you

One of the best customer service i have ever received. Receptionist and the estimator very informative and communication spot on. The technicians did an amazing job on my vehicle. I pray I never have to do this again but if I do I am using Crash Champions hands down!!!! I give them 100 percent for sure

The staff was great, and they provided excellent service. I was disappointed with the automated phone system and numerous texts which lowered my rating to an 8. It might be a preferred service for some, but I would have liked to opt out of the text notices and automated calls.
