The staff was great, and they provided excellent service. I was disappointed with the automated phone system and numerous texts which lowered my rating to an 8. It might be a preferred service for some, but I would have liked to opt out of the text notices and automated calls.

No one wants to have to come here, but I’m glad it all worked out. The girls in the front desk were great handling and guiding through the logistics of getting my car repaired with the insurance company. Highly recommend.

Professional, efficient, cost conscious. My vehicle is 25 yrs old, the estimator located the parts. Kept in touch with documentation and confirmed appointment. I was well treated. I'm new to this area and live 50 miles from shop. They took my vehicle in and got to work done while I waited. Receptionist even supplied me with a cushion for the hard bench. Her personality is perfect for her job. Very pleased with the people and service.
