I am more than satisfied with the process from this Crash Champions location on Cobb Parkway. Lula and Andrea were the nicest people and assisted me throughout the whole process. Lula advocated for me when the insurance company made a mistake with my rental reservation, and Andrea kept me updated and even stayed later to assist me on multiple occasions. Great overall experience!
