Overall the initial service and intake was great. I’m currently working on some findings after getting my car returned. As of now, the customer service and attentativness has been excellent - I’m in great expectation that things will be resolved. Hence a 7 because I’m still working with Crash Champions. Please re send this survey again once resolves are addressed.

Drivers side airbag alert is on. Truck bed cover missing when picked up. You did install but I almost drove off without it and it took 30 minutes to install.

Ian Morris eventually made it right by providing a rental car and covering my deductible. The staff upon pick up was very nice and friendly. Horrible experience otherwise.

The repair itself is awesome— the color is seamless and it looks like new. However, I had grease stains all over my drivers seat upon pickup, which was frustrating to see.

I’m extremely disappointed with communication and service from Crash Champions. I was told my car would be done within 2 weeks. I called once to check in prior to the 2 weeks and they said it was on track. After 2.5 weeks, no one had reached to give me any update. FOUR more weeks went on with me calling the store back and forth with promises of getting a call back from the adjuster— this never happened. I quite literally never heard from the shop one time during that time frame until I finally called corporate. Only then was I able to get honest information from the general manager, as my local location didn’t have a manager at the time, which was ridiculous.

Horrible experience. Took 6 weeks for a repair that should have been done in 2-3 tops. Cost me a fortune on rental car fees. Disorganized garage. Reported to State Farm to investigate their services and strongly advised against referral for other State Farm customers. Plan on reporting to the BBB. Terrible
