My car was fine when it was dropped off except for the damage to the back door/panel. I got a call a week later that my car's battery would not start and if wanted to purchase a new battery from Crash Champion. I spoke to 2 different mechanics and advised that we would like to have the battery charged and would replace once I got the car back. This was left on a voice message. The service person called me back in the afternoon to check what I wanted to do and when I indicated I had left a detailed message, he said he didn't receive it. He called back the next day to tell me that the battery would not hold a charge and until a new battery was provided, the work was stalled. He indicated that the shop that had my car for over a week for an alignment attemped to jump the car with a jump box. I left work and brought a new battery out there on a Friday and said i would receive a call on Monday. My mechanic called on Monday and was told that even with the new battery, the car would not start. The service agent indicated that the master fuse had been blown. I had 2 mechanics tell me that the way that fuse blows is when a jump box is connected incorrectly to the battery terminal. The whole experience was very stressful as this is my only means of transportation.

The lack of communication was terrible. I was told on multiple occassions that I would receive an update on a certain day then several days would pass until I would finally reach out. I have been in customer service in different fields and if you tell a customer you will contact them on a certain date, you do that, whether there is an update or not.

Theresa was so incredibly helpful and John was amazing with his extensive knowledge, kind assistance, and top-notch customer service. 😁 The relationship between Crash & Enterprise is impressive too. So appreciate this partnership as I needed a rental car while mine was getting fixed and it was such a seemless experience.
