Communication on the progress of the repair was awesome. I received text messages every few days on the status and progress. The explanations on what needed repair and process that would be followed to get the repair done was spot on. There were no surprises. My vehicle looked beautiful when I picked it up. Not only the outside but the inside too. When I picked up the vehicle everything that was done was explained and my questions answered respectfully and throughly. Thank you for a great job.

There is a crack in the rear side light and the trunk is not closing comfortably looks like alignment of trunk door is not clean.

The only problem I had was how long it took for the repairs to be finalized, which may have been partially influenced by the insurance policy's process. But the customer service was really good. They always got back to me in a reasonable time and the repairs were superb. I also appreciate their warranty on service provided. Thank you

Justin and Heather were always great to deal with. Communication was proactive, timely and consistent. Repair work was done very well. Car was cleaned and detailed to a high standard. The normal experience with anything automotive related is usually frustrating and disappointing. Interacting with Crash Champions was nothing but a stellar experience.
