They took 5 weeks to fix a simple bumper and they try to use used parts as replacements which were the instructions received from the insurance company

I trusted Crash Champions with repairing my Model X. Not only do they have exceptional customer service, it’s the cleanest shop I have ever seen. My car was repaired perfectly and was washed (pretty much detailed) before it was returned to my care. I love Crash Champions!!!

There is some miscommunication from crash championships adjuster, Heather, with my insurance regarding the final estimate. She forgot to add few items in the final estimate when sending it to my insurance for approval when my car is ready for pickup. Due to her delay and failure to update the total cost with my insurance, I had to pay $500 more from out of pocket. When my insurance sent me the final estimate approved by them, one item cost is missing in their final estimate, which Heather failed to send them on time. This is totally her fault, which resulted me to pay extra from my pocket. Crash championships should take the responsibility and pay this difference.
