Particularly after a friend of mine had a bad experience with a local competitor, I was pleased at the outcome, surprised by how quickly you fixed it, and amazed by your communication with me. You’ve made bodywork an efficient process. The only possible way that you could have made it a better experience for me was maybe have a warm chocolate chip cookie and a glass of milk on the dash at pickup

Disable the automatic text system that alerts the owner that their car will be ready on a certain date because it doesn't always coincide with the actual repair time and makes the insurance company stop paying for the rental too soon. Other than that, Crash Champions did a great job fixing my Highlander!
