When I first came in and looked at the damage to be corrected , I talked about getting additional paint chipping fixed , specifically the door and the panel about the doors on the drivers side , the door was fixed and looks great, however the panel above the doors that I thought would be getting fixed as well was not , It could be a mistake on my part as well all in all I’m pretty satisfied with the work it looks great.

They were able to repair my car which I am very particular about in a timely matter of the repair bill was very reasonable. They worked with my insurance company State Farm I had not to worry about anything but my portion of the bill. I didn’t have to worry about calling and checking in on my car, it was done at the time that they said that the vehicle would be finished.

The customer service was wonderful there was someone at Crash Champions to walk out with me with my car when I first went for estimate and then on my return to turn the car in they was ready to again walk out to me with the car and then when I picked up the car, they was ready for me to sign my Final contract with them. Also, they walked out again with me to my car. Very good customer service.

I'm sorry but I didn't have the best experience..too many factors play into my experience in a bad way. Not to mentioned my color on the part they did looks slightly different from the rest of the car. I'm going to roll with it because I personally don't want to deal with any of this again for weeks/months. They overall bumper looks much better coming out the shop then it did when it went in..
