Everyone was great. I have no complaints but one suggestion. When I picked up the car nobody came to the car and showed me what was done. It would have been helpful. My husband had died a few weeks before and that information would have been helpful.

Car repair is 10 completely satisfied. I rated a 9 because I booked Monday when I called and arranged for ride, then someone called me back as they were full and had to reschedule to Tuesday which was not convenient because I didn't have a ride anymore. Also, insurance then changed the date of my rental car to Tuesday, which I pre-arranged to pay out of pocket to get earlier (Saturday) so that also got messed up.
