Way longer than expected, and did not advise the use of aftermarket parts. Then would not stand behind their work. The after market bumper had an irregularity in it and they will not fix.

Work was not completed to my satisfaction. The day after I received my car back, I requested that the work be redone because the quality of the repair is so poor. I have been assured the work will be redone under your work warranty.

No front desk staff working when I arrived to pick up my car. Text message alerts about my vehicle repair were inaccurate. For example, I received a text telling me my car was ready to pick up but the text was sent after business hours and after I had already picked up my car.
