The boss runs a tight ship…. I’m a former military officer and I noticed it immediately. The front office team is a like a finely oiled machine….. customer centric, they make customers feel like they are lucky to have your business…. Answered all my questions no matter how dumb….. They eclipsed all of my expectations…..A truly pleasurable experience. Rare in business today! Our ranch has 22 vehicles and we will take all of them to this amazing crew if and when they need body repairs…. And last but not least….but perhaps most important….The communications I received was over the top…. I never wondered what was going on….I really appreciate the way this team Conducts business !

The body shop was very receptive since my first visit, and the final work looks great and professionally done. The communication and updates were also excellent, keeping me informed about every step of the process. My only concern was the waiting time to start the repair, which took almost two months. However, I understand this could be due to the high demand resulting from the quality of their work. Additionally, the repair process itself took about a month, which is also understandable considering the time needed to order parts and complete all the necessary steps. This is not really a complaint, but perhaps something that could be improved in the future. Beyond that, I am completely satisfied with the final work so far and appreciate the professionalism and attention to detail shown by the team.

They missed several scratches. I guess they spaced it. The work they did was excellent. They did take care of what they had missed immediately and gave us a free lunch for our inconvenience for waiting so we were pleased with the district manager Lisa. Five her a raise:). She’s an asset.:).
