My car was returned to me with one of the tires at 11 psi. I reported this leaking tire when I brought the car in. Why didn’t you replace this tire? Or at least let me know it still needed to be replaced? Or at least inflate it to the proper PSI before returning my car to me before I had to drive 50 miles to get home?

Just as a suggestion, I hope that in the future you will have more direct contact with customers when delivering the vehicle, so that you can show them the parts that were replaced and the work that was done while the vehicle was at your facility!

I lost count of how many body shops don't want a repair when I say I am a "self pay" instead Of using my insurance, but it's many! CC was happy to have me. In The car rental business fleet insurance is cheap because you have a lot of cars, but it has a high deductible cause you are going to have a ding every month from customers and it doesn't pay for that, and you would quickly make your fleet insurance not cheap anymore if they paid for all the dings. I have each month. CC was happy to get the business and happy to work with me, knowing that I needed the car back on the road quickly! I will and have been a repeat customer!
