I will never recommend this body shop to anyone. I have actually told a handful of individuals in the Gallatin Valley to avoid it.

Our vehicle was in the shop for an additional 12 weeks beyond what was projected initially. When we got it back the body lines no where near lined up, we were missing clips, and our car came back to us with no mudflaps on that it had before. The hatchback plastic interior piece was also half falling off.

Multiple times we were mislead on when the vehicle would be ready. Were given a date, consistently told we were on schedule, and when I called day of to ask what time we could pick up car, were told they had to extend it another month. This exact scenario happened again at our next projected date. Communication was sub optimal the entire 5 months our vehicle was in the shop.
