Although the work looks good, and I personally know one of the painters (who does superb work), the salesman I dealt with left me feeling like I couldn’t recommend them and wouldn’t choose them again in the future.

I had to bring the vehicle back in for another repair because a non-OEM bumper was used initially and it warped when it got hot out.

The original repair was performed in May 2024. The non-OEM bumper warped and I brought the car back in sometime in late July or early August. Was told they would order a new OEM Lexus bumper, but two months later, after hearing nothing, I had to call the shop. Around 6 weeks later, I received a call that the new bumper was ready for installation. I did not appreciate having to track down the shop rep to nag about getting my vehicle fixed correctly.

My ac had 2 be fixed again and my fog lights still don't work . They tried but can't get them to work Will have to see another mechanic to fix so I can pass inspection.

I had an outstanding experience getting my Mercedes GLA 250 repaired. I recently bought it and was really upset about the accident, but they made the whole process smooth and stress-free. They fixed and repainted the door, and the result is flawless, it looks like new! The service was quick and professional, and their lifetime warranty gives great peace of mind. The team is highly knowledgeable and did an excellent job. On top of that, they even washed my car before returning it, and it looked fantastic. Outstanding job! Highly recommend.
