Detailing/Cleanliness of the exterior was not as clean as when I dropped it off. Also, I think the V8 Biturbo badge was put on crooked compared to the opposite side

The lady who works the front desk? 20 stars! Great customer service, friendly and very helpful! Laura who helped with my car was also amazing! Very friendly and knowledgeable in the process. I felt very taken care of and it made me not worry about my car.

Only issue was calling for over a week and not getting anyone to give me correct info...finally someone did and then I had to wait for this exact location to call...then when the lady did call me she said they did not work with my insurance which is elephant and I explained that was fine I would be self pay ... just so I could get the car in and an estimate done... then come to find out from the manager that they do work with elephant...once the manager was involved everything was perfect. Thank you and I will highly recommend. I am glad I was persistent and patient to get the body shop I wanted.
