Crawford Body Shop & Towing Inc, has been in the King family for over 30 Years. Originally founded in the 40's by George Crawford the company has changed hands only once. The common goal since the 40's has been to offer high quality repairs as quickly as possible. Being involved in helping people with their misfortunes isn't always a pleasure; we don't hope people have bad luck we just want them to know we will take care of them when they do.

We were satisfied with the actual paint repair. However we were upset that we had to repair the window that was fine before we dropped the truck off. The excuse of "it just happened " doesn't work for us, and because of denial of responsibility we will never take our business back.

Yes. The staff was very personable. Plus Tracy is a friend and also donated generously to our daughters work in Africa.

The communication was sort of ok. Half my calls and half their calls. But from all their experience, I was disappointed thst they said 5 days turned into 2 and 1/2 werks because ordering second hand parts dud not work. Do you ever contest the insurance bud of second hand parts? Plus they kindly said they would go over some marks from running along side a white building. I was do happy about the $75 bill. But. Upon leaving I was so disappointed that that part of the car dud not look at all like the back part they had painted. It sermed they could have used some of the same paint. The part that was repaired looks wonderful.
