My vehicle was sent home after 10 business days and it was nowhere near a completed job. The paint was dull in some spots, there was writing on the windshield, there was a broken piece of the bumper that was not replaced and there was still a dent! I was shocked and saddened that this was overlooked and I had to waste a trip home and back to town to take this in a second time. Per my own demand, I had to take it back in for an additional 4.5 days. It did finally come back as a finished product. Crawford's has been our go-to collision and repair shop for at least 25 years and I have never had this bad of an experience. I am glad my vehicle is now completed and looks good, but I really thought it would be that was the first time I was told it was done.

If I was able to go higher than 10 I definitely would. Jaime went above and beyond!! From fighting with insurance to keeping this crazy lady calm he is a rockstar!!! They even detailed my vehicle!!! Will highly recommend Crawford Body shop!!!

Crawfords were very profestional. He took pictures and was very prompt to produce the estimate, with further explanation with the senors unknown damage and cost. A time crunch was mentioned, if possible, and they were kind to take it into consideration. They met the request. It was timely taken care of all the repairs. This was a pleasant experience working with them! I would highly recommend Crawford's Shop.
