If there was a higher score I could give, I would. Crenshaw Collision was absolutely wonderful. They walked me through the whole process, made me feel extremely comfortable and they were very understanding, answering all of my many questions. And, they finished with my car sooner than what was estimated. I can't say enough good things about them. I would highly recommend them to any and all who are looking for this type of work to be done!

I have to say that my experience with Crenshaw has been one of the most pleasant ever. The staff was super friendly and knowledgeable! I hope I never need repairs again but if I do, I will never go anywhere else. I have had bad experiences in the past with other body shops mediocre work and terrible customer service. These guys and gal at Crenshaw made this experience super easy!

Crenshaw collision was amazing, their receptionist even told me I qualified for a rental and got my insurance company to set it up for me, then called me and let me know how to go about getting it. She kept me up to date the entire process from start to finish and explained the entire itemized invoice to me, without me having to ask. I have never been more impressed with a Collision Center.
