No issues with the body work at this time. It looks great, helpful and knowledgeable people at Crest Cadillac. Negative was when I picked up the car, the drivers door was open and car was dead/no power. Gentleman was helpful to charge the battery. Perhaps in future make sure car will start and ready to go.

My vehicle is pulling to the right with lots of play .. I’m out of town on the road now I’ll be back Thursday.. but my truck is definitely not driving right .. I know they said they did a Wheel alignment but something is definitely not right

No communication. Manager told me work for take 5-7 business days after taking pictures and forming the estimate. Work end up taking 3 weeks. Manager Dave never called me for updates on the process taking longer. I had to call every couple days just to get updates. The day my car was done manager never called. I called the morning it was complete just for him to tell me “oh yes your car will be done today”. Horrible customer service
