I would never ever recommend them. They are just too slow. In my opinion, this was not even a major repair job. I am certainly glad that I did not have a rental vehicle because it would have cost me a fortune

The entire repair took twice as long as planned. Two weeks instead of one! Did not call about updates, delays , or problems until I called them. Truck was promised to be ready on 3 different days.

Quality of work so far seems good but the timeliness was terrible. The car was delivered On a Tuesday afternoon and we didn’t get an estimate until friday. They had the vehicle 17 days. It wasn’t necessarily the time which made me upset it was the whole last week every day of the week I was told it would be done tomorrow. There was a different excuse each day. I would rather have been told straight forward it won’t be ready.

I looked at the brackets on the front I believe some of them should have been replaced and I would really like the right grill that goes in the truck .
