Sorry but it took way too long, about 6 weeks, not enough communication and most concerning they let my charge get down to 1%; that’s pretty bad and if I didn’t notice it at 4% the night before, it would have gone to 0% which for a Tesla authorized dealer, that’s Not Good

Criswell did an outstanding job replacing my hood after a tree branch fell on it. Excellent communication. Stephanie made a difference. She is so nice! Would definitely take my car there for any repairs. Reasonably priced. Certified Subaru repair place. Friends say my new hood looks amazing.

Service and staff were professional and Management went the extra mile to take care of my car - My only suggestion is that a better effort in managing expectations would have helped - I was initially told I might get my car in a week - it was 3 weeks
