The seems from the new trunk lid are noticeably wider on the right side of my trunk lid compared to the left. Trying to find time to reach out to se eif this is an easy fix

Excellent repair, I cannot even tell the 2025 Audi A6 etron was ever damaged. In fairness, I own Criswell Collision Center and damaged my own vehicle. I am always extremely impressed by the true professionals and craftsmen that always do excellent work. Keep up the great work team!

You guys had my car for 2 weeks and I still haven’t gotten everything completed. When I showed up for pick up I ask why the wheel was not completed. The response was “oh I forgot”. There were only 2 things completed to the vehicle. I don’t want to come back to the shop as it is wildly inconvenient. On top of everything the person I was working with has yet to reach out to even attempt in making this right. I’m disappointed and frustrated. The wheel repair is clearly on the receipts given. The insurance company has already paid you guys the full amount including the work that wasn’t even completed.
