The only issue I had was that it took about twice the time originally promised. It was returned in really clean condition and the repair was perfect and imperceptible. While they had the bumper off I had them repair some scratches in it as well which they did for a very reasonable rate that I paid for out of pocket and it looked better than before I brought it in.
