My experience with your service center has been beyond frustrating and disappointing. The first issue was excusable in that it took a little over two extra weeks to finish my car, however when you finally finished I immediately noticed the poor quality of your work. The first issue was driving off the lot and the right side strip that hold on the windshield comes off of my car, as I returned to have that fixed I notice a piece sitting on the front seat of my car which your staff asks was my car new when I bought it, because they are unsure of where the piece goes. On the ride home after having the windshield stripping fixed I hear a wind in the car like a window is open only to find out that the rubber gasket around the door isn't put back on correctly and the outside of the door and window are not flush. Upon bringing the car back into your shop to order parts for the second set of repairs two days later I start have a rattle inside of the repaired door. At this point I will never use your company again and will let others know of the poor work you do. At this point my car is not fixed and I am extremely unhappy with my experience.
