Car has a couple knicks, a scratch, had some grime on it and rear window seal is sticking out, about 3 inches long. Personal belongings were not in car...still at center 6 hours away.

Information on status was not forthcoming. Had to keep calling. Follow up poor. Young woman who answered phone had an attitude problem & generally was not courteous.

The new text alert system was not helpful and sent confusing messages. On top of that, there was very little communication from the Center about the status of my vehicle. I had to call many times to get updates after receiving contradictory texts.
