Communication was good. I’d recommend that any normal car come here. An exotic or high end car? Probably not.

Service and repair was good except for four issues: two from this service and two from the initial service. First- when center lock wheel was remounted, the lock was not fully engaged, and important safety item particularly for tracked cars. Second- the 991.1 GT3 needs to be kept on a charger if it sits for more than 3 or 4 days. The low voltage creates lots of engine and transmission faults (though no damage exists) faults eventually reset, but are annoying and preventable. Good customer service practice. Third- when it was there for the initial work the wires for the integrated radar detector were cut, which essential made the system nonfunctional without rewiring or replacing the system - it’s a track car, so not a huge issue- but annoying. Finally, the dash camera system wasn’t reattached and I had to take it to have that reinstalled. I had the car repaired from a comparable accident in 2024 by Karosserie in PA in 2024. Crisswell is a better communicator, but Karosserie’s attention to detail was noteworthy by comparison.
