Amazing how the ball was dropped and certainly room for improvement. Not one call in two weeks from the repair guy or intake person.

What was discussed, was not adhered to nor updates on decisions made. Surprisingly, when car was picked up, it was then learned that Criswell had decided what to fix to close out the claim, not what was discussed or an update along the way as promised. Very misleading, which explains why I had ill feelings in another prior situation.

Took over a month, they towed my car to the wrong place then had to tow it back. When it was as finally completed I ubered over to pick it up and they said my battery was dead!!! I can’t drive a car with a dead battery!!!! Why didn’t they tell me this before I got the car? Then I got a price on a battery..$141.00. They put one in for $300!!! I said take it out, I’ll get the one for $141, they refused! I guess $33000.00 wasn’t enough for the repairs….needed more!!!!
