The agents were amazing as was the front desk. The customer management system works well and helps keep the customers guesswork out of the process. I do believe there is still an issue with a fan on the front left of my vehicle. It makes some abnormal noises when the car is idling or using the fan for climate control. Only audible with the windows down or from the outside of the vehicle.
