That service was good. Everything was smooth between insurance and Criswell. My bronco looks great. I was really pleased when I picked it up. Even want to schedule a oil change and service for a trip coming up and had it done while I was there same day. Very pleased.

Cindy and Dakota were so good at keeping me informed of the repair process and taking care of the insurance aspects of everything. I have used other body shops and they do not even compare to the customer service given by Cindy and Dakota. Top Notch! Never want to have to get my car in a Body shop again, but if I do - will definitely come back.

My vehicle was taken to the body shop for repairs after a hit and run. The repairs were completed, I was told I could pick up my vehicle however it was no where on the lot (after hours). I spoke to staff the following day and was told there was damage to the bumper while in your care custody and control. The repairs were less than desirable. I expressed my concerns with the repairs and my dissatisfaction. I was told to bring the vehicle back for assessment. It was determined that the repairs would be corrected at no cost. Once I recieved my vehicle back for the second time, there was still paint missing, and painters tape left on the trim. I again expressed my concerns regarding the repairs and the Body Shop Manager attempted to place the blame on me as the customer. It was requested that she send me her supervisors contact information and she simply disregarded my request and stated that she will repair the vehicle and asked that I let her know when I plan to bring it to the shop. I have worked in insurance for many years, over the last several years I have referred my clients to your body shop when filing claims on their policy. I regret my decision in referring those clients. I hope they never had an experience like mine. I am so completely upset with this whole process, and I will not be referring customers to the shop, and will question bringing my own vehicles into the shop from now on.

I was impressed by the level of service provided by Cindy. Cindy is efficient, customer oriented, and works hard to ensure satisfaction. Her sidekick Dakota is also a pleasure to work with. My dissatisfaction relates to my car not being completed and having to take to another shop in RI. This creates more list time and a hassle with the insurance company.
