Cindy and the Body Shop crew are the best. Kept me informed during the entire process of repairing our Mini Cooper. When there was parts delays due to supply chain issues, Cindy called me right away. Mini came back looking like new, and cleaner inside than it ever has been. Awesome service and professionalism

I would not recommend this place to a junkyard. However, I do talk about this place, but I have nothing good to say about it. And you know how the word of mouth goes that goes farther than anything else

I am satisfied with the work done, but 6 weeks to do repairs, after scheduling to have work done, is unacceptable. I have been seriously inconvenienced, and have not been able to accomplish tasks that cost me thousands of dollars. The entire process was wreck, and communications was extremely poor. I purchased the truck at Creswell, with extended warrenty, and service package. The expectation is that you follow through with customer satisfaction. I brought the truck to you because I believe in Ford's high quality of standards. Disappointed.
