The work was good the customer service was horrible I kept checking up to see when done and estimator kept telling me the next day several time last we have a nine year old that if we were not going to be there had to make arrangements to pick her up that said I was rude and I do have a loud voice that may come off rude but not my intention they said they could release the vehicle till they got paid so I called Allstate to make sure they were going to and then the general manager called me and said I’m not welcome at crivellis anymore so I won’t be buying my next vehicle there.

I had to reinstall my own floor mats on the floor of the back seat. They were put in facing wrong way and obviously not installed correctly. I also had to pullover and tighten down my tonneau cover on the bed of the truck it was not reapplied properly after the work was done. The body work is great, but was highly unsatisfied with the attention to detail after the work was completed.

Body work turned out great. It was when I got my truck home I noticed some things and yes I'm picky about my truck, as I'm sure they noticed while inside it. 1. Missing a new air vent clip drivers side front. 2. Green liquid drops on the rear driver side weathertech floor mat. At first I thought it was antifreeze but didn't smell like it. 3.Windshield still smudged up in spots after being cleaned. This was noticed while driving it home. 4. While looking underneath seats and mats looking for the air vent clip, unfound, I found a new round sander paper in between the center console and my passenger front seat.
