It felt like despite the car being in the shop for a month when I came to get the car, the car had so many things wrong as if they never inspected it when it was done. I had things fixed and even then, there was still things wrong with it. It seems like they rushed the work despite it being there for a month because the issues were VERY visible. I appreciate the "fixing" of the issues when addressed but I still noticed issues and I don't feel like addressing them yet again.

I do want to recognize that the repair facility did a fantastic job with the repairs. The quality of the work was excellent, and they went above and beyond by detailing my car before returning it. The repair facility also made the process much easier by arranging the rental car pickup and drop-off, as well as providing shuttle assistance when needed. Their professionalism and customer service were greatly appreciated and made a significant difference in the overall experience.
