We’ve used crossroads numerous times in the past and never had any issues so we were very disappointed with the service this time.

The steering wheel buttons and horn didn’t work after we got it back. We found that out when a truck almost ran into us and the horn didn’t work. We were able to fix it, it wasn’t plugged in. The biggest issue the right door panel was replaced and a new window was put in but the broken glass was left in the door. Everytime you shut the door you hear the glass in the bottom of the door and pieces fall out and get stuck in the holes at the bottom of the door. I’m not sure why the whole door wasn’t replaced or why the broken glass wasn’t taken out but that is unacceptable. If I had another 8 weeks to let that get fixed I would but our son has been without a car for 8 weeks (when we were told it would be ready Dec 22) in Austin and he needs his car back. Also, communication wasn’t great. When asked when the car would be ready, we got it will be ready on Tuesday. Then Tuesday comes and get told the next day and the next day comes and it’s another day and so on. In Jan 5th I went up there because it was supposed to be ready after numerous delays and was told again it would be ready but it would be ready Monday the 8th for sure and he told me what they had left to do. Monday comes and it’s not ready again and now we are told they have to get the window tinted but yet that was mentioned on the 5th. Something always got added that they needed to do so it was never ready when they said. The biggest issue I have is the door. That just makes me mad that it was there 8 weeks and the broken glass is still in the door.
