Connor was very informative and kept open lines of communication with us. Neal took the time to explain several issues that I was concerned about with patients and professionalism. Overall I would say that the team at Car Crafters is top notch and serious about customer satisfaction. Our car was returned to us beautifully repaired and clean and ready to drive. Nice job and loved the communication and updates as the repairs were done. Appreciate how beautiful the restoration was, though after I returned home I noticed my rain guard was missing on the drivers side door and I promptly called the shop and spoke to the receptionist and in turn she communicated to the service department and I was told they would order a set for my doors. As of today I have not been notified that they have been delivered, but I am sure they’ll be delivered shortly and have them installed. Thank you again…
