Such an easy and smooth experience. As soon as our claim was filed, we heard from Travelers immediately. Cumberland Collision got out vehicle in timely and the parts in so quickly. Travelers set up our rental vehicle, and the whole process was so easy.

My experience was top notch, as usual. From the first phone call to the finished product, the whole team was exceptional. This visit, I had some questions just wanting to understand the process and reasoning for specific parts being replaced so I could explain it to the woman who hit my vehicle. One of the men took the time to explain everything to me and why a part that may not have appeared to be damaged or involved in the incident required replacement. I was then able to understand myself and explain it to the woman who hit my vehicle. We will continue recommending you to others.
