I was offered a loaner vehicle without being told that there would be a service charge. I drove 10 blocks home and 10 blocks back and was charged $25. I could’ve had a friend pick me up for free. I was quite surprised when I returned to pick up my car and was told that I had a $25 service fee. Not cool.
