Customer service was friendly and informative, however my repair took 2 months longer than they originally quoted me. When I would call for an update they would say, it should be ready next week. Then no word from customer service. I had to call them to get updates, it would have been really nice to get a call from them on the day before they quoted it would be ready each week letting me know it would be another week, it was really difficult to plan my life not knowing when my car would be ready.

Hit an elk and took out the front of my truck and damaged radiator. This was through Christmas and New Years. The truck looks new again and runs great. Best part is they got the truck back to me a week faster than they quoted me. Great work and fast. Thanks

Although the staff was courteous and helpful, the long and the short of it is that only half of the expected repairs were completed. I had asked that additional repairs beyond the insurance claim be made to the vehicle and it did not happen. No one followed-up with me to explain and detail what was being done to the car. As a result, I have a car with a beautiful insurance repair and immediately adjacent to it a dinged-up front end. Someone fell asleep at the switch on this one.

Specifically told yall that it was the alternator but they still said the car was ready. Took up until the last of day of available car rental because of how long it took. Poor communication throughout the process. I honestly didn’t want to do a bad review but kept getting texts (more texts for reviews than updates during the repair).
