The repair took weeks longer than initially expected. The communication about what was going on (eg what part was missing, when it was expected) was inconsistent and at times contradictory.

Callie. Terry were fabulous. We would definitely use them again! They kept us informed every step of the way. The whole process of getting our car fixed was outstanding. The repair didn’t take as long as we thought it would. The people we dealt with were extremely knowledgeable and you could tell they had lots of experience. The car looks great. Callie even gave us a call on a Saturday after work day was over!
