Car took 30 days to complete and when I went to pick it up it still wasn’t ready because they missed a repair. The staff was very nice though.

The process took forever and I had to pay out of pocket for another Rental because the work was not done on time. I kept getting different response times on when my car would be done I would be told that it was end of week and then next week and then the week after then two later so never an accurate date on when it would be done.

I am satisfied with the body work: however, the air conditioning and the window washer do not work. These were both working before the accident. Please contact Geico to get thes fixed and let me know when they can be fixed.
