CC took longer that expected to finish the job. The delay was due to Les swab not putting the new tire in timely as they were waiting for the tire to come in

Everything looked good I appreciated it I’m gladly to have my car back. I just don’t like one thing about the customer service the day that I dropped off my car the front desk lady asked me do you have the 1000$ for deductible and the day I called her back about my car is ready to be pick up she asked me again if I had the 1000$ for the deductible, maybe I just think too much if I am I’m apologize. Other than that everything is amazing job I would go back and get my car work there again.

What a wonderful team of people you have representing CC collision I really enjoyed at the front desk Cecilia treating me with dignity and respect as they took care of my order to get my car repair I also want to say a big thank you to the gentleman that sits to her right in the front of the office he made sure everything was perfectly done before releasing my car to me and those who work behind the scene how wonderful was an excellent job they did on my car But what touched my heart more than anything was treatment I got when I had questions they were answered with courtesy I heard courtesy
