I will say we have used you before and had no issues so the issues this time were a surprise. We're all human, we make mistakes. Steps were clearly not followed though. No one even checked if the back wiper worked, which after looking at it we're pretty sure someone put it on upside down. The most disappointing thing was when we said there were serious scratches, we were basically told we were lying without coming out and saying that. We had to pull out the accident pictures and zoom in to show that your shop caused all those scratches, not us. We can deal with human error on repairs and not ordering things, but the thinking that we lied about damage is very disappointing. Lots of things went wrong with this repair, I'm hoping it's a fluke experience. We've always heard good reviews for you. However, you did admit fault for other issues and promptly took care of them. You had the rental all ready to go with no expense to us. That is the quality customer service we had been expecting. So you did make it right and that was greatly appreciated.

Talked with Clint on two different occasions about replacing both headlights and some other work at my expense none of that happened for whatever reason not my fault. Now to replace the headlight front bumper ect will have to be take off again by me. As far as damage repair work was good but you are also paid very well.

I talked with Clint on two occasions about the drivers side headlight and some additional work. I would pay for this myself parts and labor. This didnt happen for whatever reason. It will now be me who will have to replace the head light because one is new the other is not. It obvious they don't match.
