Do to issues occurring during bumper repair, not being properly addressed in a timely manner .

Upon return of my vehicle,my horn no longer operates.The horn is also part of my security system so that does not have sound alerts .The grill inserts where the fog lights would be are not flush with the bumper as they should be, protruding out approximately a quarter to half an inch.These issues were brought to the attention of the representative I had worked with as soon as they were noticed .To date no corrections have been made ,no courtesy calls back .I have made several attempts to reach out to schedule a correction appointment with no avail.At this time I am waiting for a response from the representative.
