Good quality work but unless communication issues are addressed I wouldn’t recommend this place especially for a quick turnaround job that’s needed.

Communication in general was absolutely abysmal. Had called 4-5 times during the month my car was in the shop (I had to call because I was told they would reach out to me with updates which never happened…) every time I called I would get told a date that the car would be ready and then the car wouldn’t be ready. The first situation of this I called and talked to ahead of body shop (Tim if I recall) and asked for an update to which he said it would be ready for pickup on Wednesday. So I arranged to get a ride to go pickup my car and when I got there my car was no where to be found. When I told the lady at the front desk what I was told over the phone a day or two prior she stepped out of the office for a couple minutes. Then when she came back in had a bit of an ego telling me “that’s now how we communicate a car being ready. If I didn’t call you and tell you that you can pick up your car than it isn’t ready.”

They did a wonderful job on my truck. ( except passenger side mirror) they are fixing it next week. I’m so grateful they have the knowledge to do their job with great expertise. I’m so happy they are working with my insurance. I will recommend them to anybody!
